この曲は、同名の映画（邦題は「マイ・ソング」）のなかで主演のディディ・コンが歌っていますが、
吹き替えで、Kacey Cisykという歌い手の口パクだそうです。

映画は大ヒット（日本では1978年に公開）。　曲のほうはデビー・ブーンがさらにカバーして大ヒット。　邦題は「恋するデビー」だとか　（たしかにあんまりな訳ですね）
